I had worked on the sketch design and detailed design stages of this project. I worked closely with the project architect and design director to mass, programme and co-ordinate this highly complex 6 star experience beach front resort in Cyprus.
I was involved in all aspects of the project from exterior visualisations to detailed discussions with consultants. I delegated and assisted management of our architectural team and carried out quality control reviews.
MY INVOLVEMENT: I assisted with the development and detailed design stages. With review from the lead architect, I was responsible for the detailing of the cedar screening, the cedar office, and external stairwells. I assisted with the detailing of the membrane roofing and brickwork cladding.

MY INVOLVEMENT: I provided sketches during construction stages to resolve design and constructibility issues concerning the featured brickwork, board and batten lining, stone feature windows, ceiling arrangements and accessible ramping.
UoA GRAFTON HALL

MY INVOLVEMENT: I was responsible for the development and detailing of the dining hall, stairwells and cores. This included resolving geometry, setout and detailing issues. I was also responsible for the detailing of the external envelope inc. the cedar cladding, brickwork, joinery and roofing details. I was involved in planning discussions with client groups and the on-going co-ordination with a number of consultants involved in the project’s delivery.
ALFRED NATHAN HOUSE

MY INVOLVEMENT: This project involved constructing an additional 2 storeys onto an existing heritage protected building. I was part of a team documenting this project. I worked closely with the lead architect to resolve the detailing for the window and door schedules. This included bespoke detailing to feature security doors and concealed fire doors. I was also involved with the documentation of wall types to suit the project’s particular acoustic and fire requirements as well as documenting weathering details.
UoA BUILDING 302 SCIENCE CENTRE

MY INVOLVEMENT: I was involved in the planning of the project facilities to suit user group requirements. I provided multiple design alternative plan arrangements, materials options and setouts strategies. I assisted in the production of the projects resource consent application documentation and the urban design panel presentation for the 302 Science Centre.
MY INVOLVEMENT: I was responsible for the detailing of the ground floor entry and lobby spaces. This included detailing the automatic sliding doors, entry channel glazing, flush glazing, and pressed aluminium ceiling arrangements. I was involved with the ground floor precast paneling sizing and co-ordination.
LONG BAY VILLAGE CENTRE

MY INVOLVEMENT: I was responsible for the setout and detailing of the pitched roof geometry, cladding and weathering details for multiple building typologies in the village. Design issues where resolved with the project’s lead architect review and through a rigorous co-ordination process involving a full consultant team.

MY INVOLVEMENT: I had a key role with this projects development. From early negotiation stages through to the delivery of the detailed documentation, As architects to the contract, I wasinvolved with a large amount of the project administration during the construction phases including chairing meetings and reviewing project payment schedules. I had used the experience gained during the Saint Kentigern Library project to cover the majority of the case study sections required to complete the registration process in New Zealand.

MY INVOLVEMENT: I was involved in this project from commencement through to the completion of construction stages. I initially worked with the director to deliver design proposals. I played a key role in the development and documentation of this project. I provided the appropriate documents to meet all regulatory requirements. I was involved in resolving all contract administration issues during the construction stages of the project.
MY INVOLVEMENT: I was involved in the conceptual, developed and detailed design stages of this project. I played a key role in site observation during the construction stages also.
The works involved communicating with a complex client body and providing a product that met strict design guidelines and requirements. A number of consultants where involved to deliver a facility that met all accessible, fire, acoustic and plant requirements.
